National companies initiate social investments in different regions of Kazakhstan
On October 5, 2016, “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC group of companies have launched social investment programs in the various regions of Kazakhstan. The programs are dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the program is to improve the quality of life in these regions by expanding access to high quality urban environment, education, medical and cultural facilities.
The program covers those regions where mining and processing enterprises of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC have their operations. In the first phase, the program will be launched in Akmola, Pavlodar and Mangistau regions and in subsequent years, it will be expanded to cover five more regions.
The program will be managed and coordinated by Samruk-Kazyna Trust, the entity entrusted and responsible for social projects of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC group of companies.
The program «Menin Elim» has already been started in Arshaly village where the Sovereign Wealth Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” has launched social projects such as «Arshalynskaya High School #1» and Arshaly village park.
