Samruk-Kazyna JSC is planning to acquire consulting services on the placement of shares /securities using the method of a special procurement procedure in accordance with the Procurement Procedure for Joint-Stock Company “Sovereign Wealth Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” and legal entities, fifty or more percent of voting shares (interests) of which is directly or indirectly owned by Samruk-Kazyna JSC on the right of property or trust management, approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna JSC of March 03, 2022 (Minutes No. 193).
