Samruk-Kazyna JSC launches whistleblowing hotline

The whistleblowing hotline of Samruk-Kazyna JSC is open 24/7. Citizens can send messages by e-mail: sk.hotline@deloitte.kz, call 8 800 080 19 94, or leave a message on the website: http://www.sk.deloitte-hotline.com/. All calls to the hotline are accepted by the line operators on the business days from 9am to 10pm. During the rest of the time (at night and on weekends/holidays) calls are sent to the answering machine.
 
Samruk-Kazyna JSC has set up a multi-channel whistleblowing hotline to ensure maximum transparency of the Fund activities and its portfolio companies, to implement the best international compliance standards, to expand the functionality and improve the quality of feedback to the public, counterparties and employees. Using the hotline, citizens can report corruption, violations of professional ethics, or any other possible violations relating to the activities of the Fund and its portfolio companies. All incoming messages are sent to the Fund's Compliance Monitoring Service for further rapid verification and processing.

Citizens can send messages on an anonymous basis — all calls are received by independent external communication channels and servers. At the same time, if desired, the applicants can leave their contact details for receiving feedback on the results of the audit. At the same time, the Fund guarantees the respect of the rights and interests of the applicants.

The launch of the whistleblowing hotline is a part of the Comprehensive Compliance Program of the Fund, developed in accordance with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) standards within the framework of transformation and transition to a new organizational structure.
