On September 15, 2021, the GR Department of Samruk-Kazyna opened series of webinars on engagement with the Government for portfolio companies. 

The objective of the meeting was to share GR experiences on issues relevant from the introduction of GR approaches to developing a modern system for coordination with the Government. 

Managing Director for Public and Government Relations Marat Aitenov observed that interaction with the Government is one of the most critical directions related to Samruk-Kazyna Group activities. 

The Fund is implementing the best practice to reduce more than 30% working time of employees for effective time management that leads to production growth. According to the organizers, series of webinars are planned on such issues as GR approaches, monitoring, development of legal regulation, interaction with State bodies, and guest lectures to be held. 

During the first meeting, participants discussed algorithms for building government relations, information management in Fund, and correspondence with the state institutions. 

Speakers had given special attention to monitoring the drafting legislation, supporting legal regulation of Samruk-Kazyna activity. After the webinar, there was a session of questions and clarifications. It was an excellent opportunity for participants to exchange views on the issues under consideration.
