Board of Directors of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC considered report on implementation of Transformation program within the group of companies at a regular meeting on April 3, 2015.

Earlier in the day, the first meeting of the Committee on transformation program took place with the heads of the main subsidiaries responsible for implementation of the program.

According to the results of the Committee, number of orders were given to the head of the national companies in order to provide high executive discipline and coordination of actions.

In present days «Samruk-Kazyna» group of companies is conducting work on reviewing business processes, approaches to corporate management, interaction with public bodies.

Consolidated results of the group of companies, large investment projects, sectoral initiatives, social responsibilities issues were also considered.

“Samruk-Kazyna” JSC management informed Board of Directors on implementation of Cooperation Agreement between government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Sovereign Wealth Fund.

In addition, the Board of Directors approved adjustments to the Development plan of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC for 2015-2019 in accordance with measures on optimization of current costs and capital expenditures of the Fund and its subsidiaries.

There were considered another questions and relevant decisions were taken by Board of Directors.
