On October 26, 2015 a regular meeting of the «Expert» club on the topic «Transformation of «Samruk -Kazyna» JSC: problems and implementation ways» took place in Astana (29/1 Kunayev str., «Diplomat» hotel, 2nd floor,«Baiterek» hall).

The meeting of the «Expert» club was attended by Chief Transformation Officer of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC  Adamas Ilkyavichus, Managing Director for Business Transformation of «Kazakhstan Temіr Zholy» JSC Yerken Zhusanbayev, Chief Transformation Officer of «Samruk-Energy» Dauren Baimagambetov, and organizations and the media.

President in his address to the nation «Strategy» Kazakhstan-2050»: a new policy of the established state» set a task to enter top 30 most developed countries of the world till 2050. To achieve this goal its necessary to increase investment in the economy and productivity.

In this context «Samruk-Kazyna» (hereinafter - the Fund) has developed a program of large-scale transformation of its activities and the activities of controlled portfolio companies («Transformation Program of JSC «National Welfare Fund «Samruk-Kazyna» (hereinafter - the Program).

As it’s known, on October 6, 2014 the Head of State has officially launched the Transformation program of «Samruk-Kazyna» group of companies.

Currently, the Fund and its subsidiaries are going through this program.

What is business transformation? What is it for? What were the conditions of implementation? How transformation will be realized? How it will affect the company's employees? How does transformation differ from the current process of the companies? The anchor of the club Nurlan Yerimbetov offered to discuss these and other questions to the invited experts.

The «Expert» club created in 2011 is the information-analytical platform of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC for discussion of the most important problems and socio-economic processes in the country.
