In Astana, «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC group companies celebrated the Day of labor dynasties. The purpose of the event is to popularize the institute of labor dynasties, and the succession of generations as the basis of social stability.

The event was attended by top managers of the Fund and its subsidiaries, trade union organizations, as well as the country's oldest labor dynasties of the railroad, oil, energy industries and others. Representatives of labor dynasties in all Fund’s group are honored every year on May 15.

During the celebration, Chief Director of Public Relations of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC Darkhan Kaletayev noted that labor dynasties contribute to the support of family inheritance of the profession, education of young people to respect the work, and sense of pride.

The ceremony of awarding medals and honorary diplomas of representatives of labor dynasties of the Fund from different regions of the country took place. In particular, The Asanovs dynasty was honored.  18 members of this family daily provide the functionality of rail transport throughout the country. The total length of service in the industry - 390 years. Overall experience of the Bizhanovs dynasty engaged in oil and gas industry - 163 years. Children and grandchildren of the founder Alim Bizhanuly work in «Mangistaumunaigas» JSC and perform work from the search fields to the cleaning of contaminated soil.

In addition, the results of the study for the social stability index of the Fund’s Group for 2014 were announced. Thus, according to the Center for Social Partnership, the social stability index was 70% in the past year, exceeding the 2013 results by 12%. The number of companies involved in the study increased from 190 to 236, while the number of surveyed production staff - from 30 to 38 thousand people. According to representatives of the Center, the survey shows the effectiveness of the Fund’s social policy.
