The English electronic auctions for the sale of 51% stake in JV “KT Redkometalnaya Kompanya” LLP and 12.87% stake in «Kaskor-Transservice» JSC did not take place on the planned date. The auction had to be cancelled because the number of participants registered was less than two at the time of bidding.

51% stake in JV “KT Redkometalnaya Kompanya” LLP belongs to «NAC «Kazatomprom» JSC; and 12.87% stake in «Kaskor-Transservice» JSC is owned by «KazMunaiGas - Processing and Marketing» JSC.

The starting price for 51% stake in JV “KT Redkometalnaya Kompanya” LLP was set to be KZT 98 673 000, and for 12.87% stake in «Kaskor-Transservice» JSC- KZT 565 199 000.

JV “KT Redkometalnaya Kompanya” LLP produces and sells rare-earth metals, as well as implements projects in the field of renewable energy.

«Kaskor-Transservice» JSC carries out railway services, the supply and cleaning of cars on access roads within the industrial zone Aktau.
