“Ulbinsky Metallurgical Plant” JSC announces upcoming third auction for sales of 100% stake in the share capital of “Recreation base Ulba” LLP.

Dutch electronic auction will take place on October 18, 2016.

“Recreation base Ulba” is a part of «NAC» Kazatomprom» JSC group. Tourist destination area of 7 hectares is located on Sibinsky lakes 70 kilometers from Ust-Kamenogorsk. The starting price of assets - 345 509 000 tenge.

English and Dutch auctions scheduled for August 16 and September 16 respectively, did not succeed because less than 2 potential bidders registered for participation.
