«Samruk-Kazyna» JSC within the Comprehensive privatization plan for 2016-2020 sold 32 subsidiaries and associates (or shares in assets) including 15 assets belonging to «NC» KazMunayGas » JSC, 12 - » NAC «Kazatomprom» JSC, 2 - «Samruk-Energy», 1 - «Tau-Ken Samruk» JSC and 1 asset of «Kazakhtelecom» JSC.

Privatization methods of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC are defined in accordance with the regulations and agreed with the State Commission on the modernization of Kazakhstan's economy.

Five companies are reorganized including two assets of «NC» KazMunayGas » JSC, two assets of » NAC «Kazatomprom» JSC and one asset of «Kazakhtelecom» JSC. The reorganization of these companies optimizes the organizational structure of the Fund in accordance with the objectives of the transformation program.

14 assets of «NC «KazMunayGas» JSC, NC «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» JSC, NAC «Kazatomprom» JSC, “Tau-Ken Samruk” JSC and «Kazakhtelecom» JSC are liquidated. These organizations are not engaged in economic activity or had no prospects for further business development.
