NC “Kazakhstan engineering” JSC announces upcoming auction for sales of 49% stake in “MBM-Kirovets” LLP and 26% stake in «SMP GROUP» LLP.
Dutch electronic auction will take place on September 14, 2016.
“MBM-Kirovets” LLP produces mechanical engineering technology.
«SMP Group» LLP repairs equipment and machines.
It should be noted that the first electronic auction according to the English rule scheduled for August 16 did not succeed because less than 2 participants registered for the bidding.
