Electronic auctions for the sales of 26% share in the Charter Fund of “SMP Group” LLP, 49% share in the Charter Fund of “MBM Kirovets” LLP and 100% share in the Charter Fund of “Recreation Base ULBA” LLP planned for August 16 were cancelled because as at the time of start there were less than two bidders  who had registered themselves with auctions.

“SMP Group” LLP and “MBM Kirovets” LLP are the assets presently owned by the JSC National Company Kazakhstan Engineering, while Ulba Recreation Base is an asset owned by Kazatomprom.

“MBM Kirovets” LLP produces machines-building equipment.

“SMP Group” LLP repairs equipment and machinery.

“Recreation Base ULBA” LLP is a health sanatorium.
