A candidate for a member of the working group may be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged eighteen and above.

A candidate for a member of the working group must not:

1) have a criminal record that is not set aside or released in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) be found guilty by a court of committing a corruption crime and (or) a corruption offense in accordance with the procedure established by law;

3) be registered in organizations rendering medical care in the field of mental health, due to mental, behavioral disorders (diseases), including those related to the use of psychoactive substances.

Citizens, representatives of non-profit organizations intending to participate in the competition, within 5 (five) business days from the date of placement of the advertisement (from November 23, 2021 to 06.00 p.m. November 29, 2021) must submit the following documents through a courier or send to the email address: q-kenes@sk.kz:

1) the citizen’s application for candidacy to the working group in the form, according to the annex (download) hereto, or written proposal from a non-profit organization for candidacy to the working group;

2) information about the candidate’s professional and (or) social activities;

3) a copy of the identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
