A final meeting on HSE in the Fund’s Group of Companies was held today at Samruk-Kazyna. In 2022, the injury rate reduced by 16%.

The CEOs of portfolio companies reported on the current level of occupational safety and measures aimed at reducing injuries. The Fund’s management noted the positive results of Kazakhtelecom in this direction.

Within the framework of the meeting, the participants took part in the training “Safe Work Culture”, which received a license for compliance with the requirements of the International Institute for Safety and Health Protection of the United Kingdom.

Ambitious goals have been set for 2023 to improve industrial safety management systems in three areas: people, equipment reliability and emergency prevention.

“Our value is to protect the life and health of employees. Please demonstrate your commitment to these values by personal example as the Heads. We are responsible to the families of employees, to labor collectives and to ourselves. The Fund will strictly monitor compliance with safety rules in all companies", - the Head of the Fund said.
