Today, a practical demonstration of the automated vehicle monitoring system “Trip Management” for employees of the Samruk-Kazyna Group of Companies took place at the Embamunaygas site. This is a part of the Fund’s program for digitalization of industrial safety and reduction in injuries, including the number of accidents.
This system has been operating at Embamunaigas for several years. It collects various data on the movement of official vehicles, including their geolocation, speed, sudden acceleration and braking, the use of seat belts, inclusion of daytime running lights. The program monitors deviations from the route and sends online notifications of violations. Thanks to the system, in 2022 it was possible to reduce significantly the number of accidents and dangerous road situations.
In 2023-2025, gradual replication of the project to other companies of the KazMunayGas group is planned. Today, during the demonstration the employees of the Samruk-Kazyna Group highly appreciated the work of the system and promised to consider the possibility of its implementation in their companies.
