During the bilateral meetings of the Head of State with Vietnamese companies through the Fund group, the following agreements have been reached.

NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC and the Vietnamese Sovico Group has signed the Memorandum of Cooperation. As part of the signed Memorandum, the parties plan to implement projects in the field of transport and logistics.

VietJet Air, a member of the Sovico Group of companies, has expressed interest in participating in the privatization of the Kazakhstani airline -QAZAQ AIR, therefore they can participate in the competition according to the established procedure. In addition, the portfolio company of the Fund - Air Astana, is conducting the first stage of codesharing negotiations with VietJet Air.

NC KazMunayGas JSC has presented to PetroVietnam eleven promising sites for geological exploration. The Vietnamese party has been proposed to consider the possibility of becoming a strategic partner in the framework of geological exploration in Kazakhstan.

In order to increase the volume of electronic commerce through postal services, Kazpost JSC and Vietnam Post has signed the Memorandum of Cooperation.  

The agreements reached, with the support of Heads of State of two countries, will create a solid foundation for the implementation of new major projects, new responsible investments, the opening of new areas of cooperation and will contribute to the development of the entire spectrum of relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
