Samruk-Kazyna JSC hereby informs that the open two-stage tender for the sale of 49 to 100% of shares of QAZAQ AIR JSC, announced on August 18, 2023, has been declared invalid.

In accordance with provisions of the Rules for Transfer of the Assets of Samruk-Kazyna JSC and Organizations, More than Fifty Percent of Voting Shares (Interests) of which are Directly or Indirectly Owned by Samruk-Kazyna JSC on the Right of Property to the Competitive Environment, approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna JSC of December 14, 2020, No.181, it is planned to hold a new open two-stage tender. The terms of the new tender and its conditions will be determined in accordance with the established procedure.
