It is essential to emphasize that the IPO/SPO of the companies of the Fund is the priority direction of the Fund. By bringing large companies to the stock market, the task of improving the level of corporate governance of the companies that become publicly available and accountable to minority shareholders is being progressively solved, transparency of their activities and compliance with ESG principles are ensured

Thus, the procedures for observing the rights and protecting the interests of minority shareholders, the activities of the Boards of Directors and Executive Bodies of companies, as well as information disclosure processes in accordance with the requirements of stock exchanges are reaching a whole new level.

At the same time, the Fund actually has a rather high level of corporate governance. For instance, a couple of days ago, Samruk-Kazyna JSC became the winner of the KASE Annual Reports competition in the nomination “The Best Sustainable Development Report for 2022”.
