Training Camp for Youth with Special Needs to Start in Almaty

Within two days, 40 participants from 8 regions will master communication, leadership skills and other key professional competencies. The same camp was held on July 15-16 in Astana.
The opening of the camp in the southern capital was attended by Ms. Alfiya Adiyeva, the General Director of Samruk-Kazyna Trust, Mr. Yerlan Stambekov, Deputy of Majilis, and Ms. Aliya Ibadildina, the Social Affairs Analyst of Shell Kazakhstan.
The camp was organized as part of OrleTECH 3.0 which is being implemented by Samruk-Kazyna Trust.
After completing the two-day soft skills training, 180 participants will proceed to a three-month online training in AI Specialist, No Code Developer, UI/UX + Webmaster.
Participants will also be assisted in finding a job.
It should be noted that since the beginning of the year more than 100 people with special needs have been employed by the group of companies of the Fund.
