OPEC Fund for International Development is a multilateral institution with its own capital for KZT7.1 billion.

It comprises 12 member countries: Algeria, Ecuador, Gabon, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Venezuela.
