The Fund summed up results of the second stream of Zheti Qadam Young Leaders Development Program.

The aim of the program is to prepare future leaders out of young and effective employees of the Fund group.

Over the course of 5 months, the teams of the Portfolio Companies of the Fund have been developing projects that improve the performance.

The 15 best projects have been chosen.

These include the eco-project of the KazMunayGas team aimed at introducing garbage sorting and recycling of PET bottles, the project on monitoring employees’ health using special sensors of Samruk-Energy, introduction of electric transportation at the production facilities of QazaqGaz and others.
