7 Companies of the Samruk-Kazyna Group with a Total Capitalization of More than USD32 Billion to Trade on the Stock Exchange

In the margins of Astana Finance Days, Saltanat Satzhan, Managing Director of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, told about the privatization of companies that are part of the Fund:
The Fund is progressively implementing the Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2021-2025, most of the assets have already been sold.
Today, 7 large companies are already trading on the stock exchange with a total market capitalization of more than USD32 billion. And this is considered a good indicator and testifies to the development of the stock market and economy, Satzhan emphasized.
In addition, the National Privatization Office has recently been established. Its task is to analyze state-owned and quasi-public sector companies for their further privatization. The work should be completed by the end of the year, respectively, the list of objects for realization will still be updated.
Corporate governance at the Fund complies with international best practices and OECD standards. All portfolio companies, regardless of their plans to enter the stock market, are working on improving corporate governance
