In 2024, the Fund has allocated KZT1.3 trillion to the state, including:

• KZT579 billion in the form of dividends to the Republican budget;
  
  
• KZT228 billion for financing social projects within the framework of Government instructions. The funds are directed to the construction of medical centers, residential buildings for the VSG category and other social projects;
  
  
• KZT105 billion for gasification of settlements as part of implementation of the Action Plan for ensuring economic growth;
  
  
• KZT272 billion to finance the program for the construction of rental housing as part of implementation of the Action Plan for ensuring economic growth;
  
  
• KZT10 billion for charity (the annual amount allocated to charity);
  
  
• KZT22 billion tenge to help regions affected by floods;
  
  
• KZT50 billion will be transferred to the Public Fund “Kazakhstan Khalkyna”.

Taking into account earlier decisions on the payment of dividends and financing of social projects, the payment of additional dividends under the Government’s resolution to approve the financial statements of the Fund for 2023 is not provided.

At the same time, Samruk-Kazyna JSC implements 130 investment projects totaling more than KZT53.5 trillion.
