Nurlan Zhakupov, the Chairman of the Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna, held a meeting with Mr. Kevin Lyon, the General Director of Tengizchevroil LLP.

Two important documents were signed during the meeting:

a long-term sale and purchase agreement for commercial gas between QazaqGaz and Tengizchevroil;

a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Energy and TCO on ensuring stable supplies of liquefied petroleum gas to the domestic market.

The agreement between the portfolio company of Samruk-Kazyna and Tengizchevroil will increase the resource base of commercial gas in Kazakhstan and ensure reliable supplies in the long term.
