The new composition of the Public Council of Samruk-Kazyna JSC has been approved by the order dated February 20, 2025:

• Gibrat Auganov, Managing Director for Corporate Governance, Social and Labor Relations, and Occupational Health and Safety of Samruk-Kazyna
• Bolat Zhamishev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank RBK JSC
• Olga Bulavkina, Senator of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Member of the Committee on Agrarian Issues, Natural Resources, and Rural Development
• Sergey Ponomaryov, Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Member of the Committee on Ecology and Environmental Use
• Yerlan Abdiyev, Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Member of the Committee on Economic Reform and Regional Development, Head of the Parliamentary Group “Inclusive Parliament”
• Yedil Kopenov, Advisor to the Vice Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Vladislav Galiyev, Advisor to the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Irina Tazhibayeva, Deputy Director of the Institute of Atomic Energy of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Executive Director of the Nuclear Technologies Safety Center
• Alina Aldambergen, Chairman of the Management Board of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC

The Public Council of Samruk-Kazyna JSC is an advisory, consultative, and supervisory body established to represent the interests of civil society and take public opinion into account in discussions and decision-making, to enhance accountability and transparency in the activities of the Fund and the national companies within the Fund group.

The new composition of the Public Council was elected due to the expiration of the previous council’s mandate. It has been expanded to 15 members, 13 of whom are representatives of civil society.
