A new inclusion room for special children has opened in Astana.
11 of them are located in Astana, and 4 – in the Akmola region.
The project helps children with special educational needs to learn and unlock their potential. Thanks to this initiative, more than 500 children in the capital (about 16% of all those in need of such education) have gained access to inclusive learning.
The classrooms are equipped, among other things, with funds raised last year at the Group’s charity marathon. On May 3, 2025, the marathon will be held again, the funds from which will be used to organize new classrooms.
Earlier, during the Public Council of the Fund, the Head of Samruk-Kazyna announced the Group’s intention to expand support for inclusion and plans to launch the 15th inclusion room. Additionally, as part of the Fund’s corporate social responsibility, people with disabilities are employed in subsidiary companies and regional branches.
