The 2025 year has been declared as the Year of Working Professions by the Head of State. This is a sign of recognition of the importance of qualified specialists whose work underlies the development of the country.
 
The 7 Qadam Master program is aimed at developing the applied skills of professionals in the working professions. The selection process is conducted in seven key areas, such as electronics, electrical installation, analytical control, welding technology, occupational safety, environmental protection and special transport driver.
 
On March 26, 2025, the first team of seven employees of the Samruk-Kazyna Group of Companies will travel to Yekaterinburg to participate in the AtomSkills 2025 championship, the largest professional skills development platform in the nuclear industry. The championship brings together specialists from different countries, promotes the introduction of advanced technologies, professional development of employees and strengthening international cooperation.
