The OrleTECH 3.0 Project is implemented by Samruk-Kazyna JSC together with Shell and the IteachMe Foundation.
120 Kazakhstanis with special needs completed successfully the digital skills training last year. 80 of them were successfully employed, while for the other 40 the search for suitable vacancies is ongoing.
To date, the program graduates have successfully integrated into the labor market by mastering in-demand jobs in various sectors of the economy.
For example, Stepan Patrashkov works as an SMM Specialist at one of the top news portals.
Tatyana Geizer is developing her career as a layout designer. Berik Baizhanov, Olga Laas, Diana Usentayeva and Eduard Suchkov are working on the Financial Security Project supported by a large international company (taxi services).
The project graduates note that the training was not only an opportunity for them to learn in-demand digital professions, but also a step towards self-fulfillment. The program helped them to believe in their own potential, while practical skills opened up prospects for further employment.
