The transaction on the transfer of Qazaq Air to the competitive environment is close to completion. 

Samruk-Kazyna has fulfilled all conditions precedent stipulated in the transaction documents and is expecting the completion of such conditions by the Vietnamese investor and its local partner.

 In December 2024, the Fund announced the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement for the shares of Qazaq Air JSC with a consortium of investors.

 The transaction is expected to increase the value of the assets of Qazaq Air significantly and strengthen its position as the leading airline in Central Asia.
