The Samruk Umity project has been launched in Pavlodar and East Kazakhstan regions, which will cover 100 teenagers from orphanages. The program will help them decide on a profession and prepare for an independent life.
The participants, students of grades 8-9, will be trained on financial literacy, leadership development, and career guidance. They will work with curators. In addition, teenagers will be able to visit colleges and real production facilities.
Upon completion of the program, internships and employment at the enterprises of the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies are provided.
The project is implemented by Samruk-Kazyna Trust, a single charity operator of the Samruk-Kazyna JSC group of companies.
