Over the past 7 years, the group of companies has managed to reduce the number of injuries by 43%. The goal is zero injuries at work.

The Samruk-Kazyna group has 255 thousand people, 190 thousand of them are working professions.

As part of the Year of Vocational Professions, the Fund implements a set of measures to develop human capital, support working professions and train young professionals.

“This year, more than 4,200 employees will improve their professional skills in such programs as Bastau, Orleu, School of Leaders, and 7 Qadam PRO./ Master”. About 50 graduates have graduated and found a job. More than 880 students are already interning at the Fund’s enterprises”, - Gibrat Auganov, Managing Director of Samruk-Kazyna, informed at the Forum “Safe Work: New Challenges and Digital Solutions”.

It should be noted that specialists from Kazatomprom won 7 medals at the AtomSkills-2025 international Championship.
