The positive dynamics in all areas of cooperation was noted at the meeting. According to Zhakupov, Samruk-Kazyna actively and fruitfully cooperates with key Chinese companies. He invited partners from China to participate in the Astana International Forum (AIF) on May 29-30.

The parties discussed the upcoming visit of the Chinese President Xi Jinping to Kazakhstan and the summit with the C5+ PRC. Last year, the 7th meeting of the Kazakh-Chinese Business Council was held in Astana as part of the visit of the Chinese leader. As a result, 45 documents for $3.7 billion were signed.

The next meeting of the Council is scheduled to be held in the framework of the SCO in China. The Council has been successfully operating for more than 10 years.
