The parties discussed the issue of improving quasi-public sector procurement.

Nurlan Zhakupov noted that the Fund has developed 16 measures to support domestic producers, some of which are unique and have no analogues in other regulated purchases.

Thus, Samruk-Kazyna has an unconditional priority of DCP, long-term offtake contracts are concluded, prepayment and accelerated payment are provided, and DCP goods are included in the works and services.

Therefore, it is important to maintain the current Samruk-Kazyna procurement model, Zhakupov stressed at the meeting. 

In turn, Raimbek Batalov noted that the Group has built an effective support system for Kazakhstani manufacturers, and this is yielding positive results.
