Today, as part of a session dedicated to women’s leadership and women’s participation in decision-making, the Samruk-Kazyna Fund outlined strategic goals to expand women’s representation in decision-making bodies.
More than 67,000 women are working for the Fund’s groups, whose contribution to the economic development and sustainability of Kazakhstan is invaluable. Currently, the proportion of women in the Group’s senior management is 18%. The Fund’s management has set a goal to increase this figure to 30% by 2030.
‘This goal is ambitious, but absolutely realistic. This is not just a quest for gender equality for us. This is a part of a broader strategy to create an environment where diversity of opinions, experiences, and cultures are valued. Strong teams are born where there are different points of view, and where women and men are given equal conditions to realize their potential”, - Saltanat Satzhan, Managing Director, emphasized in her speech.
The Samruk-Kazyna Fund continues to foster a culture of inclusion and leadership where every woman can unlock her potential and contribute to the country’s future.
