Samruk-Kazyna JSC signed the Memorandum of Cooperation with Kuiper Systems LLC. As part of this project, Kazakhtelecom JSC has signed an agreement with Amazon Kuiper Commercial Services on launching satellite communications services in Kazakhstan.

JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy has signed 3 agreements with Wabtec for $4.2 billion, providing for the supply of 300 freight locomotives with improved performance, and maintenance of new and previously delivered locomotives.

As well as a mandatory agreement with Deutsche Bank, Santander, with participation of US EXIM, to raise financing for the purchase of 93 Wabtec diesel locomotives.

JSC NC KazMunayGas has concluded 4 documents - with Chevron on localization of goods, training and competence development, with ExxonMobil Kazakhstan Exploration and Production on new technologies in the oil and gas sector, with Lummus Technology on the establishment of a Competence Center in Atyrau and a framework agreement with LanzaJet (a project for the production of jet fuel).

The agreements cover strategically important sectors, from the railway industry to energy and digital technologies, and are designed to enhance technological independence, investment attractiveness and sustainable development of Kazakhstan.
