According to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2025 No. 1118 “On Amendments to the Decrees of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 17, 2008 No. 962 “On Measures for Implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 13, 2008 No. 669” and dated May 25, 2013 No. 516 “On Measures for Implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 22, 2013 No. 571 “On Some Measures for Optimization of the Management System of Development Institutions, Yerbolat Askarovich Dosaev, Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.

Currently, the Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna JSC consists of 8 members, 4 of whom are independent directors, which corresponds to the best corporate governance practices and ensures a balanced approach to strategic decision-making.
