The New Center in Karaganda to Help Children with Autism to Adapt and Develop

A center for children with autism and mental disabilities “Kamkorlyk” has opened in Karaganda. 125 children will be helped to adapt and develop here every year.

The center was created in partnership with the single charity operator of Samruk-Kazyna JSC - the Samruk-Kazyna Trust Foundation, the Kazakhstan Khalqyna, Kamkorlyk Kory Foundations and the Akimat of the Karaganda region.

Children will be provided with ABA therapy, ergo and kinesitherapy, art therapy, sensory integration and other techniques, as well as classes with speech therapists, speech pathologists and psychologists. In addition, for a better result, work will be carried out not only with children, but also with their parents.

Since 2020, in the Karaganda region, the Samruk-Kazyna Trust Foundation has supported 11 social projects totaling KZT678.2 million, including the Kamkorlyk early intervention center, inclusive sports sections, and a sports complex in the village of Nura.
