The construction of the facility was financed by Kazatomprom JSC in the amount of KZT3.8 billion. 11 ethnocultural associations and public organizations will operate in the three-storey building with the area of 3.5 thousand sq. m.

There is also a 200-seat concert hall and a 50-seat assembly hall for public, cultural and educational events.

Over the past five years, the Fund’s Group has implemented 16 social projects in the Kyzylorda region for the total amount of KZT6.5 billion. These projects include the early intervention center, a table tennis center, a historical and cultural center, Schoolchildren’s House and other facilities funded by Samruk-Kazyna Trust and KazMunayGas JSC.
