Mr. Ahsan Ali, CEO of Ashmore Healthcare International, and Mr. Szabolcs Dorotovics, President of Mount Sinai International, participated in the negotiations.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current status of the project on creation of the first Western branded multidisciplinary clinic in Kazakhstan, as well as cooperation in the field of investments and the introduction of digital technologies.

In November 2025, as part of the President’s visit to the United States, Samruk-Kazyna JSC and Ashmore (through its subsidiary Ashmore Healthcare International) announced plans to implement a new modern medical center, which should become a hub for healthcare in Central Asia.

The project provides for the construction and subsequent operation of a premium-class international clinic in Kazakhstan in partnership with Ashmore Healthcare International and Samruk-Kazyna JSC with the involvement of a world-class medical operator, Mount Sinai Health System. The total cost of the project is estimated at about $150 million.
