An inclusive sports center for children and adults with disabilities has opened in the regional center. The project was implemented by Samruk-Kazyna Trust on behalf of the Samruk-Kazyna JSC Group of Companies, jointly with the Akimat of Aktobe region.

The center is equipped with a 25-meter swimming pool, specialized gyms, and facilities for team sports and table tennis. A football field and running tracks are located nearby.

Up to 420 people can visit the center annually. Development of more than 20 Paralympic and Deaf-Olympic sports are planned here - from swimming and boccia to judo, powerlifting, and goalball.

According to the Akimat of Aktobe region, more than 31,000 people with disabilities live in the region, at that about 1,900 participating in sports. The opening of the center will expand access to sports and create a sustainable, inclusive sports environment.

Similar inclusive sports centers are planned to open in other regions of the country.
