In Astana, the management of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, together with the heads of its portfolio companies, reviewed the results achieved in industrial safety over the past year.

According to Nurlan Zhakupov, Chairman of the Management Board, workplace injuries decreased by 28% in 2025. This achievement was made possible through systematic efforts and enhanced production oversight.

The Fund will continue advancing a risk-based approach and implementing modern safety management tools.

Managing Director Gibrat Auganov presented the plans for 2026–2028 under the Industrial Safety Development Strategy.

Based on the year’s results, QazaqGaz JSC was recognized among the top-performing companies, while the award for personal commitment was presented to Kairat Maksutov, Chairman of the Management Board of Samruk-Energy JSC.

The Fund emphasized that employee safety remains an absolute priority.
