Samruk-Kazyna JSC marked its 20th anniversary with a celebratory event attended by the Fund’s employees.

Chairman of the Management Board Nurlan Zhakupov congratulated the team on the milestone and highlighted employees’ contributions to the Fund’s development and the implementation of investment projects across key sectors of Kazakhstan’s economy.

Over the past 20 years, the Fund has implemented around 250 investment projects across the oil and gas, energy, transport and logistics, petrochemical, mining and metals, and other sectors. Today, the Samruk-Kazyna Group employs more than 255,000 people, including 239,000 production workers.

As part of the celebrations, 20 employees of the Fund and its portfolio companies received awards in recognition of their professional achievements and contributions to the Group’s success.
