25% stake in the shared capital of «UCC Engineering» LLP belongs to “United chemical company” LLP, 30% stake -Tecnimont S.p.A.; 45% stake - Officium Projects Ltd.

The English and Dutch auctions scheduled on January 10 and February 8, 2017 respectively, did not succeed because the number of participants registered was less than two at the time of bidding.
