JV “KT Redkometalnaya Kompanya” LLP produces and sells rare-earth metals, as well as implements projects in the field of renewable energy. It is located in Almaty. 49% share the company belongs to “Toshiba” corporation.

The English and Dutch electronic auctions for the sale of 51% stake in JV “KT Redkometalnaya Kompanya” LLP scheduled on November 18 and December 21, 2016 respectively, did not take place because the number of participants registered was less than two at the time of bidding.
