Industry commission of “Samruk-Energy” JSC announced that open two-stage competitive bidding of 100% stake in “Tegis Munay” and 0.05% stake in the authorized capital of “Mangyshlak Munay” LLP did not succeed because less than two potential bidders registered for participation.

«Tegis Munay” LLP (including 0.05% stake in the authorized capital of «Mangyshlak Munay» LLP) is offered for sale as part of the Comprehensive privatization plan for 2016-2020. The enterprise explores and produces gas at the «Pridorozhnoe» field.

The starting price of «Tegis Munay» LLp (including 0.05% stake in the authorized capital of «Mangyshlak Munay» LLP) is KZT 16 billion. Under the terms of «Samruk-Energy» JSC, the potential buyer must save the profile of activities and fulfill the investment obligations.
