The sale of 78.47% stake in the authorized capital of «Kazakhstan Wagon Manufacturing Company» LLP did not take place because the number of participants registered was less than two at the time of bidding. The auction of 51% stake in the authorized capital of “Temir Zhol Electrification” also did not succeed because the price of the asset has reached the minimum size, and none of the participants reaffirmed their participation.
