Date of the public auction - 27th of October 2015 at 14.00 Astana time. "Tegis Munai" LLP has been registered on June 7, 2006. "Samruk-Energo" JSC acquired 100% stake in 2012. Company headquarters are the city of Almaty. Principal activities of "Tegis Munai" LLP are geological exploration, mining and processing of mineral resources.

On the second place among the most expensive objects for sale is the "East Kazakhstan regional energy company" JSC710,750 of common and 45,865 of preferred shares of the object and 100% stake of "Shygysenergotrade" LLP are given for auction by "Samruk-Energo" JSC. Starting price is 15.9 billion tenge. Companies will be sold by open two-stage tender process. The first stage will be held on October 29, 2015 at 14.00 Astana time. "East Kazakhstan regional energy company" JSC is in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. The company is engaged in the transmission and distribution of electric energy in the East  Kazakhstan region. Currently, the company employs 2940 people. Its subsidiary, "Shygysenergotrade" JSC is also put up for sale. Company activity is to purchase electric energy for the power supply of consumers of the East Kazakhstan region.

Finally, the most expensive object is "Euro-Asia Air" Airline" JSC"KazMunayGas" NC JSC put up for sale 100% of shares of this company. Starting cost of the asset is 16.2 billion tenge. As it is known, the airline provides services for business and individual air travel, performs flights for the development and exploitation of mineral deposits, as well as services to oil and gas pipelines and power lines. The first stage of open tenders for the implementation of the full package of shares of "Euro-Asia Air" Airline JSC will be held on the 3rd of November at 11.00 Astana time.
