By the decision of the Sole Shareholder of JSC SWF Samruk-Kazyna Mr. Jon Dudas has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of JSC SWF Samruk-Kazyna, Independent Director.

Since 2015 Mr. Jon Dudas was a member of the Board of Directors of JSC NAC Kazatomprom and since 2018 he worked as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC NAC Kazatomprom.
