The Working Group on the formation of the Public Council of Samruk-Kazyna JSC (from now on - the Fund) by the decision of December 27, 2021, and Order of the CEO Samruk-Kazyna JSC Satkaliyev A.M. No. 170-P of December 28, 2021, and Order of the CEO Samruk-Kazyna JSC Satkaliyev A.M. No. 1535 of February 10, 2022, has approved the following composition of the Public Council of the Fund: 

Mr. Bolat Zhamishev - Chairman of the Qazaqstan Halqyna Fund

Mrs. Olga Bulavkina  - Deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Member of the Committee on Agrarian Issues, Nature Management and Rural Development 

Mr. Yerlan Sairov  - Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Member of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security  

Mr. Aidar Kazybayev  - General Director, AIFC Green Finance Center, Head of the AIFC Interaction Office with the Eurasian Economic Commission 

Mrs. Irina Tazhibayeva  - Executive Director, Center for Nuclear Technology Safety 

Mrs. Alua Zholdybalina  - Deputy Director, Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan 

Mrs. Lyazzat  Zhunusova   - General Director, Kazmedia Ortalygy Management Company LLP 

Mr.  Marat Aitenov - Acting Managing Director for Legal Support, Collateral and Risks - Member of the Management Board, Samruk-Kazyna JSC
