Today,  Almassadam Satkaliyev, the CEO of the Samruk-Kazyna Fund, has met with Mr. Stefan Vusa, the President of the Romanian Chemical Company Chimcomplex SA Borzeşti.

The parties have discussed the needs of the domestic oil and gas and mining sectors in chemicals, as well as issues of cooperation in the development of the chemical industry in Kazakhstan. The Romanian company is interested in establishing joint ventures.

Chimcomplex SA Borzeşti was established in 1954 and now is the largest producer of chemicals in Romania. The company's products are used in the production of automobiles, furniture, packaging and construction materials.
